Breakfast Quiche: Mini Individual Quiche, filled with egg, bacon and vegetables. Served with side of Fruit and Salad. $10.00 per person
The Basic: Eggs(Scrambled), Applewood Smoked Bacon and Fruit Salad. $10.00 per person
Egg Panini: Baked Egg (Frittata) filled with vegetables or meat, placed in between Delicious Home Made Focaccia, served with a side of fruit. $10.00 per person
Protein Pancakes: Protein Pancakes, Bacon, and Sliced Fruit. $11.50 per person
Yogurt Parfait: Fresh Whole Milk Yogurt topped with Nutty Granola, Fresh fruit, Raisins and Walnuts. $8.75 per person
Chocolate Croissants: Croissants made from scratch with an elite Flour and European Imported Butter, filled with dark chocolate. $4.50 per croissant
Italian Doughnuts: Doughnuts made from scratch. Light and airy in texture, filled with Cannoli filling or Homemade Whipped Cream. $5 per doughnut

Milanese- pork or chicken cutlets breaded and fried with a dress arugula salad
Parmigiano- Eggplant Baked in San Marzano Tomato Sauce, topped with Parmesan
M&M- Eggplant Parmesan with slices of ham
Cotto- Ham, cheese, and artichoke spread
Italia- Tomato, mozzarella, and pesto
Genovese- Salami and pesto
Parma- Prosciutto, Provoleta cheese, and Pesto
Americano- Turkey, aged cheddar, bacon, and Tomato
Mediterranean- Roasted squash and bell peppers with a chickpea spread
Mezzo Greco- Chickpea spread mixed with a garlic infused olive oil, grilled eggplant, and diced olives
Danimal- Ham, swiss, and spicy mustard
Portobello- Portobello with sun dried tomato spread and provaletta cheese
Costanza- Home-Made spicy mustard, Genoa Salami, and provaletta cheese
Fichi- Roasted Turkey, fig spread, jalapenos, and aged cheddar
Speckensi Deutsch- Speck Prosciuto, dressed arugula, parmesan, and home-made pesto
Taco Bar
Choose one of the Following Meat Selections: includes Fresh Made Tortilla Chips, Home Made Salsa Verde or Pico De Gallo, Rice or Salad, Garlic sautéed Pinto Beans or Jalapeno Black Beans. $10.00-$15.00 per person
Carnitas- Pork shoulder prepared in a unique Blend of Spices and Fresh Citrus Marinade, slow cooked until fork tender.
Barbacoa- Fresh pieces of Beef slow cooked with Onions, Bell Peppers, and a splash of Red Wine and Tomato Sauce.
Pollo- Fresh Chicken Breast and Thigh pieces, slow cooked in a spicy white wine and garlic sauce.
Greek Day
includes Fresh Pitas and Greek Salad(Onions,Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Olives)

Italian
Choose one from each sub-section: includes a Vegetable, Italian cookie, Fresh Baked Bread and an Antipasto of assorted Italian Cheese and Meats, and Olives.
Pasta
-Alla Norma- Ancient Sicilian recipe consisting of an acidic slightly sweet tomato sauce with pieces of deep fried eggplant, topped with shaved Italian cheese.
-Bolognese- Ground beef and pork slow cooked in San Marzano tomatoes, spiced with rosemary, sage, and bay leaves.*can be made Sicilian style with ham, mushrooms, and cream.
-Sicilia, oggi- New age Sicilian pasta sauce made with the best canned tomatoes, fried eggplant, ham pieces, and a bit of Panna, to yield a end result of a delicious creamy tomato sauce.
Pesto- Pasta tossed in a homemade pesto sauce, cooked the traditional Genovese way, with boiled potatoes and green beans mixed in.*Can be made with tomato and cream added.
Meat
-Milanese or Sicilian- Choose your preference of meat paired with your preference of style. Sicilian, olive oil tipped and tossed in bread crumbs or Milanese, egg washed and tossed in bread crumbs, then deep fried. Meat can be topped with shaved parmesan and a lemon dressed arugula, upon request.
-Marsala- Chicken cooked in Sicilian Marsala wine and accompanied with sautéed mushrooms.
-Sausage and Peppers- Homemade sausage seared then place with sliced red and green bell peppers, yellow onion, and golden potatoes, finished in the oven.
-Chicken and Sausage- Homemade Sausage and Fresh Chicken cooked in San Marzano Tomato Sauce with Potatoes, Onions and Bell Peppers.

-Poulet de Francese- Sliced chicken breast slow cooked in organic milk mixed with white wine and herbs, results in a moist and juicy piece of chicken incredibly flavored.
-Filet of Pork- Pan seared in a cast iron with vegetables and broth, finished in an oven, topped with gravy home made from the drippings.
-Dijon- Fresh cuts of chicken marinated in homemade spicy mustard, then slow cooked in a French Red Wine.
