I am bothered that I even have to mention this, but, you need to know I am not a doctor. What I am about to list is just a recommendation. If you are on medication, check with a doctor first.
The list/suggestions below are items that I believe can help with your cholesterol. If you or someone you know is struggling, have them try these items.

The list/suggestions below are items that I believe can help with your cholesterol. If you or someone you know is struggling, have them try these items.
- Limited the coffee to every other day in the summer. Switch to Green or Black Tea because it’s a slower release or caffeine and leaves you with less of a crash. Also, green tea has been linked with good cholesterol levels.
- Make a Pesto sauce without Parmesan Cheese. Walnuts and Basil are great for cholesterol health, and the raw garlic is great in general. This sauce will go great on top of White fish, Salmon, or Chicken.
- Make a juice once a week with Red Bell Pepper, Kale or Spinach, Fresh Ginger and Turmeric, and two fruits. One of the fruits should be an apple or strawberry because are good for lowering cholesterol. Spinach is great for cholesterol improvement, too.
- Make Fresh Hummus for him as a treat for the week. Make the Hummus with olive oil and sunflower oil because they are both good for your health.
- Eat Oatmeal once or twice a week for breakfast.
- One GLASS of Good Red wine. I am emphasizing one glass, not a heavy pour. If you are getting dizzy from it, that means its too much.
- Homemade guacamole. Once a week, mix with Cilantro, Garlic, Lime some of the leftover Ginger you have from the juices.
- Eat more Salmon and Tuna. NOT well done! Medium at the most.
- Dark Chocolate, above 70% cacao, and only 100-calorie portion. Twice a week.
