I have named this cake the "Starter Cake" because, it is a very basic recipe that will allow you to create a wonderful ending cake. This recipe is very compatible. I used it to make a Double Chocolate Chip Mint cake, or one of my personal favorites the "Scotch Cake"(scotch, ginger, walnuts, and cinnamon). Ingredients:
- 400g Flour
- 150g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
